Account creation: name, email. Watch activity: which episodes you play, where you pause, your watchlist. Submission activity: the data you put in the wizard, the screener URL, the screener password if you provide one, and the metadata you choose to share.
Account data lives in our database, encrypted at rest. Watch activity lives alongside it. Submission data is private to the editorial team by default. We do not sell or share any of this data with third parties.
We record the referrer and the UTM parameters from your first visit. We do not fingerprint the device or the browser.
Transactional email (welcome, password reset, submission received, editorial follow-up) is sent through our infrastructure. Replies thread back into the same conversation. We never send marketing email without your consent.
A session cookie keeps you signed in across requests. A second cookie (bv_wsid) records an anonymous session identifier for analytics. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
You can delete your account from the profile page. Submission materials are retained for editorial recordkeeping needs; the editorial team can delete them on request.
Site is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
